Painful stomach and watery stools?

Most importantly drink plenty of fresh water as you're loosing a lot of fluid from your body plus eat crackers only for to day the most important drink a lot of water so as not to get dehydrated. At the pharmacy you can buy sachets that you mix with water so that they will help you to keep your electrolytes( body substances) in check. When you start getting back to normal you can introduce some food avoiding dairy products and citrus's fruits. Example eat bread with a bit of jam, banana is good for diarrhea.
