I think I am going to vomit. My heart beat is racing and I am all dizzy. I am also secreting a lot of saliva.?

What can I do to prevent this from happening? I don't want to get sick! And unfortunately I can't get any pills in my place WITHOUT seeing a doctor because I live in a very small town in Florida. What can I do? Will Aspirin or Paracetamol help? Cause these are the only drugs that I've got.
