What is the medical screening like at boot camp for the Navy?

I'm leaving for boot camp in November and my I had to do a medical inspect and my recruiter told me not to mention my past visit to the ER, I slammed my finger in a car door but they just had to bleed it out. Also, I forgot about the random doctor visits I've had in like a year, are they going to find out at boot camp, are they going to look through my entire civilian medical record, and if they do find out, what happens to me?
