How to flirt with guys?

So I'm 19 and been single for about 9 months now but I've struggled being forward and flirty with the guys I like or just find attractive. My last relationship was 3 years long so I guess I've lost any skill I had to flirt. Any tips or tricks to be flirty and get noticed by guys and get dates? Thanks
