Is a clear discharge normal after a Canines (doberman pincher) dogs heats?

My doberman is 2 3/4 years old. She has been in heat for about three weeks. I left her with a male doberman during the last week. Since I brought her home, for the past two days, her vulva has been secreting a clear liquid. Does not smell like urine and has no color. I'm not sure what it can be. Any ideas before I take her to the Vet?
