Advice or some knowledge about what a girl said to me?

My ex (we dated for a year) told me a few days after we broke up that we would be together again someday, then 6 er 7 months later she says she'll never like me again. And then 2 or so months later she wanted to know a password for an account that i made for her but it was still had to do with us because i forgot about it and i was an idiot and didn't say what it was i changed it then told her. And that led her to say Who gives a damn about the past learn to be mature. Now fast forward a year later and we're still not together and she hasn't tried talking to me in 8 or so months. Would you believe that it is over between us for good or is there any chance of me being happy.
